Northwest Ordinance Distilling Announces Nearly $49 Million Expansion Plan

Expansion projected to bring up to 50 new jobs to area

NEW ALBANY, IND. (August 13, 2021) Northwest Ordinance Distilling, a distilled spirits bottling facility, announced its intention to again expand its production facility in New Albany, Ind.  The facility, located at 707 Pillsbury Lane, was purchased in June of 2018 and is the former General Mills Pillsbury plant, which closed in 2016.

The $48.7 million expansion will include $9.3 million in building improvements and $39.4 million in four new processing and bottling lines.  The expansion will better allow the company to meet market demand and will result in the addition of 50 full time employees over three years.   This latest expansion follows a $39.5 million expansion in 2020 that resulted in the addition of 50 full time employees.

“We’re thrilled to be growing Northwest Ordinance Distilling yet again,” said Jeff Conder, vice president of manufacturing. “The New Albany facility is ideally positioned for investment and job creation to address production growth and meet demand.  The State of Indiana, the City of New Albany, and One Southern Indiana continue to be invaluable partners in cultivating a business-friendly environment.  We’re excited to once again increase our manufacturing footprint and our workforce with steady, good paying jobs, with wages at or above the Floyd County average.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) offered Sazerac of Indiana LLC (parent of Northwest Ordinance Distilling) up to $525,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim incentives once Hoosiers are hired.

“Today’s announcement is another encouraging sign of positive economic momentum in Indiana,” said Jim Staton, SVP and chief business development officer for the IEDC. “We are encouraged by Northwest Ordinance Distilling’s accelerated growth and grateful for their commitment to providing quality career opportunities for Hoosiers in southern Indiana.”

The company will be seeking real and personal property tax abatements, which allow it to phase in its increased property taxes over time.  The tax abatements offer the company an estimated savings of $2.8 million over the next 10 years.  The New Albany City Council is scheduled to vote on final approval of the company’s local incentives next week, with the project contingent upon the council’s approval.

“Since their reopening of the General Mills facility in 2018, Northwest Ordinance Distilling has proven to be a tremendous partner for the City of New Albany.  They now employ more than 150 workers at a pay averaging nearly 20 percent above the Floyd County average, and this new announcement follows on the heels of another significant expansion just over a year ago,” said New Albany Mayor Jeff Gahan, “I am excited about the potential of this new expansion and look forward to many years of continued success and growth for our friends at Northwest Ordinance Distilling.”

Last year, Northwest Ordinance Distilling stepped up in the fight against COVID-19 producing hand sanitizer for some of the world’s largest organizations in the healthcare, government, military, retail, distribution, airline, pharmacy and banking industries.  In addition, the company played a part in the donation of thousands of N95 respirator masks for frontline healthcare workers.

Wendy Dant Chesser, President and CEO of One Southern Indiana said, “Northwest Ordinance Distilling locating its new facility in New Albany was the biggest local business news of 2018. Their 2020 expansion demonstrated continued confidence in our workforce, government and community.  Their decision to expand here yet again, and so quickly, is another vote of confidence for Southern Indiana and another significant step forward as we emerge from the economic crisis.  Northwest Ordinance Distilling’s prestige and continued success are a significant addition to the portfolio of industries in the area.  As always, 1si stands ready to assist them in any way we can.”

Our Southern Indiana RDA Issues Call for READI Projects

The Our Southern Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) has issued a call for projects for communities and non-profits to participate in the Regional Economic Acceleration + Development Initiative (READI) program. The RDA approved the Call For Projects Submission form and the Project Scorecard at their most recent meeting on June 9th. Communities and non-profits are being asked to collaborate with others to submit projects that will have a regional impact.

The READI program was created in the state’s biennial budget during this year’s legislative session and signed into law by Governor Holcomb. The budget allocated $500 million directly to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) to implement and oversee the program. According to the READI information on the IEDC website, the program was created because, “Indiana and its regional communities have an opportunity to accelerate economic resilience and growth and become magnets for the talent Hoosier businesses need to thrive. By developing a collaborative, long-term plan for growth, regional communities throughout the state will have a game plan to invest in their future growth and prosperity, deliberately and thoughtfully.”

Since the legislation was first announced in February, the RDA has been working with community leadership within the region to monitor the legislation and garner support for an RDA application. Upon passage of the legislation, the IEDC has worked with regions around the state to produce guidelines and answer questions regarding the READI program. Currently, the IEDC is looking for regions to collaborate and apply for the available funding. The maximum funding that a region may receive is $50 million.

The READI application is a two-step process. The first step is for the RDA to submit an online form that notifies the IEDC that they are planning to submit an application and provides details regarding the geographical region of the applicant. This step has already been completed. The second step is for the RDA to submit a Regional Development Plan (RDP) on or before August 31, 2021. According to the READI information on the IEDC website, “A regional development plan should outline the region’s vision for its future and articulate the strategies and projects in which it plans to invest to achieve that vision.”

The RDA is made up of five counties in southern Indiana: Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington. The RDA Board of Directors consists of 5 members appointed by County Commissioners of the five counties. Chair Dana Huber, stated, “The RDA is asking for communities to think outside of the box, be bold, when developing their projects and working on their application. We also want to see project collaboration both inside and outside of the RDA region.

“This is a once in a generation opportunity for our region to receive a much-needed economic catalyst,” she continued. “To receive project funding of this magnitude we must work together and submit the best regional development plan as possible.” Huber and the other four members of the RDA board: Ken Rush of Floyd County, Kevin Kellems of Jefferson County, Steve Meyer of Scott County, and John Jones of Washington County will be reviewing the applications and intend to include a project list within the submitted Regional Development Plan on August 31.

The Call for Project Submission Form, located on the RDA’s website (https://oursoinrda.org), and ancillary materials are due July 20 at 5:00 pm. “We know this is a short timeline for our communities,” Huber admitted, “but this will ensure that the RDA board members have time to review and grade all submissions based on the published score card. This also allows for us to follow up with submissions to ensure we fully understand the projects.”

The RDA board members are encouraging all communities and non-profits to submit projects. Huber did mention, “submitted projects should emphasize on their regional impact and sustainability.”

The Call for Projects is officially open and available to all communities and non-profits within and surrounding the RDA. The submission forms are due by July 20 at 5:00pm (EST). After the RDA board members have had time to review the submissions, they will select a list of projects to include into the Regional Development Plan. Public support of the plan, along with endorsements and approvals, will be solicited during August before being submitted to the IEDC.

Once a region submits their Regional Development Plan, it may be requested to present to a selection committee in the fall. The current timeline states that if awarded, the RDA will receive notice in December.

For more information regarding the program and call for projects, please visit the Our Southern Indiana RDA website at https://oursoinrda.org. Inquiries can also be emailed to info@oursoinrda.org.

MP Global Products, LLC Considers New Albany for New Location

Project Could Bring More Than 50 New Jobs to Area

NEW ALBANY, IND. (April 28, 2021) Representatives of MP Global Products, LLC, a manufacturer of recycled cardboard insulation packaging products used underneath flooring, and One Southern Indiana (1si), the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for Clark and Floyd counties, announced today the company will seek local incentives from the City of New Albany for its third manufacturing facility – the first outside its home state of Nebraska.  The facility under consideration for the project is located at 890 Central Court in the New Albany North Industrial Park off Hausfeldt Lane.  Should the company decide to move forward, the project plans to open by the fourth quarter of 2021, bringing an estimated 53 new jobs to the region with wages above the Floyd County average.

“For 20 years, MP Global has been on an eco-friendly mission to take what no one wants anymore and recycle it into something that provides high performance and value,” said MP Global COO Reid Borgman.  “We are problem solvers, innovators, and an eco-aware company with environmentally friendly, high-performing products – from our patented fiber acoustic floor underlayment to our patented 100 percent curbside recyclable thermal packaging products.  We have been ‘green’ before it was even fashionable. Our success is the result of the unique contributions of all our employees and business partners and we look forward to continuing our good work in New Albany.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) offered MP Global Products, LLC, up to $500,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job-creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim incentives once Hoosiers are hired.

“As a leader in manufacturing, Indiana is excited to welcome MP Global Products to the Hoosier State,” said Interim Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Staton. “As the company continues building upon 20 years of success, we look forward to supporting the company’s continued growth for years to come.”

The company will seek a property tax abatement, which allows the company to phase in its increased property taxes over time.  The tax abatement offers the company an estimated savings of more than $113,000 over the next five years. The New Albany City Council is scheduled to vote on approval of the company’s local incentives next week, with the project contingent upon the council’s approval.

“On behalf of the City of New Albany, I want to congratulate MP Global Products, LLC, on their success and thank them for considering New Albany an ideal place to grow,” said Mayor Jeff Gahan.  “The City of New Albany places a high priority on attracting manufacturing and other commerce by offering favorable tax incentives and services.  We look forward to working with MP Global Products, LLC. With the help of our Redevelopment Commission, the City Council and our strong work force, I am sure we can make New Albany the place they can be proud to call home.”

1si President and CEO Wendy Dant Chesser said, “MP Global Products, LLC, would be a great addition to the regional business community, bringing more than 50 new jobs to the region.  This would result not only in increased commerce in our business community, but it also has a direct effect on the lives of the individuals who choose to work there. One Southern Indiana is looking forward to the possibility of a new location for MP Global Products, LLC, and continues to be happy to assist company leaders in achieving their immediate and future goals.”

J. Knipper and Company, Inc., Announces Expansion at Charlestown, Ind., Facility

Charlestown, Ind. (February 15, 2021) – Representatives of One Southern Indiana (1si), working in partnership with the River Ridge Development Authority and J. Knipper and Company, Inc. (Knipper), announced today the expansion of the current Knipper distribution center at 1250 Patrol Road.  The expansion of this facility will consist of an additional 150,000-square-foot of space, including a refrigerator which can hold 1,500 pallets and a drive-in freezer.  The company, which provides complete supply chain services to the U.S. pharmaceutical industry and is the largest provider of samples management services, anticipates making a capital investment of $17.4 million and increasing its workforce by 38 employees by the end of 2024.

Knipper’s CEO Mike Laferrera stated, “Our mission is to work with our clients to create solutions that are strategically designed, faithfully executed, and driven by market insight and data to ensure maximum return on our clients’ investments, and ultimately to improve people’s lives. The expansion of our Charlestown, Ind., facility will help us work toward that, and we appreciate the State of Indiana, the City of Charlestown, River Ridge Commerce Center and 1si for helping us expand to meet new demands.”

The company, which established the Charlestown distribution center in 2016, was founded in 1986, and it is headquartered in Lakewood, N.J.  Known for being an integral part of the communities in which it is located, Knipper has been awarded the Clara Barton Corporate Humanitarian Award by the American Red Cross and the Corporate Citizen of the Year award by Catholic Charities for volunteer efforts by Knipper employees.

Mayor of Charlestown, Dr. Treva Hodges, said, “On behalf of the City of Charlestown, I’d like to congratulate J. Knipper and Company on their recent announcement.  It is always great news for Charlestown when a company like Knipper announces the addition of more than 35 jobs with wages 25 percent above the Clark County average.  We wish them the best of luck and stand ready to assist in any way we can.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Knipper up to $400,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim incentives once Hoosiers are hired.

“Indiana has a legacy of life sciences excellence with companies like Knipper continuing to grow in our state,” said Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Schellinger. “Approximately 2,100 life sciences companies in Indiana employ 56,000 Hoosiers, and as a state, we’ll keep providing a top-ranked business environment so companies like Knipper have the confidence to invest in their Indiana operations and add high-quality career opportunities.”

Located between Charlestown and Jeffersonville, Ind., Knipper’s facility is situated in the River Ridge Commerce Center, a world-class 6,000-acre business and manufacturing park under development along the Ohio River, across from Louisville, Ky. Recently, the River Ridge Commerce Center reported increased employment, expanded development and generated an increase of $2.5 billion in economic output in 2019 alone — the largest output from the business park since it opened.

“We are ecstatic that Knipper has decided to expand and reinvest in its operations at the River Ridge Commerce Center. When the company opened at River Ridge, we knew it was the kind of innovative, growth-oriented employer that could thrive in a new home at River Ridge,” said Jerry Acy, executive director of the River Ridge Commerce Center. “The River Ridge Development Authority will continue to invest in infrastructure and amenities, so River Ridge remains an appealing location for Knipper and other firms serving the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.”

“Five years ago, we welcomed Knipper into the Southern Indiana business community, and this will be the company’s second expansion since the initial build in 2016.  While that kind of success is due to the hard work of Knipper’s employees and forward-thinking management, we believe choosing to locate and grow within the River Ridge Commerce Center, and the State of Indiana itself, contributed to the active growth the company has experienced. As always, 1si is happy to have played a small role in this notable achievement and looks forward to working with Knipper in the future,” said 1si President and CEO Wendy Dant Chesser.

IQPack, LLC, Plans Expansion of Operations in New Albany, Ind.

IQPack, LLC, Plans Expansion of Operations in New Albany, Ind.

Company Estimates Potential Hiring of 55 People at Four Times the Floyd County Average Wage

New Albany, Ind. (January 8, 2021) – Representatives of One Southern Indiana (1si), the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for Clark and Floyd counties, and IQPack, LLC, a packaging and supply-chain solutions company based in New Albany, Ind., will appear before the city redevelopment commission on January 12, 2021. The company has plans for an expansion of its current operations at 3000 Technology Avenue to accommodate a new two-year software development contract.

Company leaders will request consideration for incentives in the form of training reimbursement funds up to $10,000 annually for up to three years.  Should the commission offer incentives, they would be contingent upon Floyd County citizens being hired.  If approved, the $1.17-million-dollar project will require the hiring of more than 50 high-skilled employees, such as packaging engineers, supply-chain experts and software developers with an average wage approximately four times the Floyd County average hourly wage.

“There is a major need for what we do, as many e-commerce and manufacturing companies are struggling to optimize their packaging operations and shipments to support more efficient supply chains. This has been a consistent problem in the industry for generations,” said John Moore, co-Founder and director of packaging for IQPack.

“Packaging is the vital thread connecting all parts of an operation such as materials cost, handling and storage, labor productivity, transportation cube and sustainability. We bring unique expertise, a laser focus, and passion to harness the value of packaging innovation, along with the proper tools to ensure a positive impact in all these areas,” said Moore.

New Albany Mayor Jeff Gahan said, “While the Midwest is known as the manufacturing hub of the nation, the City of New Albany is also an ideal location for technology-driven companies looking for a smart, highly-skilled labor force.  The planned expansion of IQPack illustrates this point perfectly, and the City of New Albany will continue to assist the company in its efforts to grow and succeed.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered IQPack up to $1.5 million in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim incentives once Hoosiers are hired.

“With a strong logistics industry and thriving tech ecosystem, Indiana offers companies like IQPack the perfect location to scale up their operations,” said Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Schellinger. “We’re excited to continue supporting IQPack’s growth in New Albany and grateful for the company’s commitment to expanding its operations and creating high-wage career opportunities in Southern Indiana.”

IQPack is known for its unique, performance-based operating model, Packaging-as-a-Service, or PaaS.  The model is anchored in industry-leading packaging solutions that drive positive effects across customers’ total cost of supply chain.  Services include comprehensive, diagnostic packaging innovation combined with a team of packaging, supply chain and logistics experts. IQPack also utilizes powerful data analytics tools through its PACKCHAIN technology, which provides key operational assessments, on-going solution management, and operational dashboards for performance tracking.

“We’re creating solutions for our customers that drive predictable and sustainable results, year after year. We utilize many key tools to ensure packaging optimization brings real value to our customers’ material spend, labor efficiency, parcel and load spend management and sustainability goals such as reducing waste, returns, and damage.” said Doug Jones, IQPack’s co-founder and chief operating officer.

“It’s time to elevate the expectations and performance of packaging across the entire industry. Packaging material costs are important, but they represent only nine percent of the total supply-chain cost for our customers. Our PaaS model also attacks the other 91 percent of costs, and it reflects very positively on the customer experience, service metrics, and profitability of large shippers,” said Moore. “This expansion is the next stage of IQPack’s evolution, and we’re excited about the possibility of doing it here in New Albany.”

John Moore founded IQPack in 2013. The company recently went through a rebranding effort which included changing the name of the company from Packaging and Logistics Solutions. The new name and brand better reflect the innovative, technology-savvy approach the company is taking.

“The expansion of IQPack would be a big win for the community and a great way to start 2021,” said 1si President and CEO Wendy Dant Chesser. “The growth and current success of this home-grown, high-tech company send a signal to other interested businesses that Southern Indiana is the right location for high-wage, high-skilled operations. We congratulate IQPack on this fantastic news and thank them for considering New Albany for these extremely desired career opportunities.”

All business inquiries for IQPack must be directed to the company’s website at www.theiqpack.com.

One Southern Indiana Announces Webpage to Assist Office of the Governor

Clark and Floyd County Citizens Encouraged to Apply for a Gubernatorial Appointed Boards

New Albany, Ind. – (December 10, 2020) – One Southern Indiana (1si), the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for Clark and Floyd counties, announced today the launch of a webpage which will allow all citizens of those two Southern Indiana counties to apply for open positions on state boards and commission. The website, www.1si.org/ibc, was created in consultation with the Office of the Governor as a way to geographically diversify the approximately 230 boards and commissions in the state of Indiana.

During a 1si member luncheon with the Indiana Governor in September, Governor Holcomb encouraged President and CEO Wendy Dant Chesser to provide his office with qualified and viable candidates residing or working in Clark and Floyd counties for consideration on gubernatorially appointed state boards, commissions, committees, councils and task forces.

The organization responded, and after discussions with the governor’s staff, volunteered to act as an information hub and intermediary between interested Southern Indiana citizens and the Office of the Governor. The organization will collect resumes and required forms from interested citizens as well as provide Southern Indiana residents with a list of openings from the Governor’s office.

Michael Nossett, deputy general counsel for Governor Eric Holcomb said, “On behalf of the Governor, we are grateful for and excited about 1si’s efforts to help Hoosiers in Clark and Floyd counties learn more about engaging in public service with the state’s boards and commissions.  We look forward to connecting with those willing to be considered.”

The webpage, www.1si.org/ibc, contains the state form, which is also available via email from suzanner@1si.org.  This form is the single intake document used by the governor’s office for serving on a state board or commission. Those interested must also submit his or her professional resume. Due to the nature of disclosures required, both documents will be kept strictly private. Clark and Floyd county citizens may request their name be put forth for consideration for as few as one and as many as five positions.

A confidential database of interested individuals will be kept by the 1si communications department and be transferred to the office of the governor at least four times annually. Should a request come from the governor’s office for recommendations to fill an immediate opening, 1si will transfer the name and information of every person who has expressed an interest serving that capacity.

Chesser said, “We are happy to provide this service both to the citizens of Southern Indiana and the governor’s office.  It is a great opportunity for those who live in our communities to help 1si carry the message of Southern Indiana to Indianapolis while also providing an opportunity to serve our state. I anticipate there will be a lot of traffic on the webpage as we welcome all citizens, 18 or older, to volunteer for a position that suits their interest and talent.”

Individuals do not need to be associated with 1si, or a member of 1si, in order to submit or be considered. In addition, every Clark and Floyd County citizen who has submitted the required paperwork, regardless of age, race, gender, orientation, disability, nation of origin, or religious or political affiliation, will be presented to the Office of the Governor, which is completely responsible for the final decision.

The 250,000-square-foot leased facility will operate at 201 River Ridge Parkway in Jeffersonville, Ind.

Kenco Logistics is the largest woman-owned, third-party, logistics company in the United States. The company provides integrated logistics solutions, including distribution and fulfillment, comprehensive transportation management and material handling services, as well as real estate management and information technology.

Over the past 70 years, the company has grown to include more than 50 warehouse locations throughout the United State and has been honored with a number of awards, including Inbound Logistics’ Top Ten 3PL Inbound Logistics Excellence Awards (2012-2019) and Top Green Supply Chain Partner Inbound Logistics (2011-2019).

“With this new facility, our customers will be able to access more of their growing customer base with increased ease,” said Dan Coll, vice president of e-commerce fulfilment at Kenco. “We are excited to present these advantages to businesses as they look to adjust to the ever-changing e-commerce environment.”

The new facility will help serve the increasing demand for transportation of e-commerce products.  According to Forbes magazine, U.S. retailers’ online year-over-year revenue growth is up 68 percent as of mid-April, and there’s been a 129 percent year-over-year growth in U.S. and Canadian e-commerce orders as of April 21, 2020, with 146-percent growth in all online retail orders.

“Jeffersonville is ideally situated for a company like Kenco Logistics to continue to grow and succeed,” said Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore. “Not only do we have a great community with hard-working citizens, but we are also located in a perfect spot, within a day’s drive to 75 percent of the country’s markets, with three major interstates and two new bridges.  The city is pleased with Kenco’s decision to locate here and stands ready to assist them any way we can.”

“We are pleased that another national leader in logistics has recognized the value of locating at the River Ridge Commerce Center,” said Jerry Acy, executive director of the River Ridge Development Authority. “We look forward to welcoming Kenco to the River Ridge family and supporting the company’s growth in Southern Indiana. Our central location and world-class amenities have made River Ridge a preferred location for numerous logistics, manufacturing, and supply-chain management companies. These firms see that we have all the components to make them successful: location, access to major interstates, waterways and rail, modern infrastructure and a competitive tax environment.”

Wendy Dant Chesser, president and CEO of One Southern Indiana, said, “As we all work together to restart our economy, we’re pleased to welcome a well-established and respected company like Kenco Logistics to our community!  By attracting companies that pay wages above the county average, families in Southern Indiana can start to manage their household recovery and financial stabilization, as well.  This is a great win for the River Ridge Commerce Center, the City of Jeffersonville and everyone who assisted in the project, and we look forward to partnering with Kenco Logistics in the future.”

One Southern Indiana Honored As 2020 Statewide Chamber of Commerce of the Year

One Southern Indiana (1si) received statewide recognition as the 2020 Indiana Chamber of the Year today at the annual meeting of the Indiana Chamber Executives Association (ICEA)
“One Southern Indiana continues to perform at an exceptional level, even in the midst of 2020 national challenges,” said ICEA President Shelli Williams. “The 2020 ICEA Chamber of the Year continues to be bold in their leadership through a powerful strategic plan resulting in outstanding successes for the communities that they serve.”

1si President and CEO Wendy Dant Chesser said, “I have never been prouder of our team. Being recognized by ICEA as the Chamber of the Year is a great honor which is entirely due to the professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm of the entire staff. Appreciation for their hard work, especially during the COVID-19 crisis, is well deserved and I want to thank them for all they do.”

By the end of 2019, the 1si team had taken the lead in reaching 80 percent of their goal of $50 million in capital investment. The staff celebrated an impressive 584 jobs created with new job wages of $32.26 per hour, well-above their goal of $21 per hour new job recruitment. In 2019, the staff successfully relaunched an insurance program for members, launched a YP mentorship program and reformatted roundtable groups to better serve member needs. For the first eight months of the fiscal year, this chamber was on-track. Then came COVID-19.

The organization immediately launched 1si Cares, a three-prong approach to assist businesses in navigating the current health crisis. The first prong, 1si Connects, provides businesses the resources needed to continue business during this disruption to normalcy. The second prong, 1si Collaborates, was accomplished by staff members stepping up to work with local elected officials and foundations. This resulted in the successful funding of 123 business loan requests, totaling more than $1.2 million directly awarded to businesses in need. The final prong, 1si Calls, offers daily Facebook Live events called “Ask an Expert,” allowing businesses to have real time conversation for assistance during the pandemic. These videos posted to their website have been viewed more than 18,400 times since the pandemic began.

The Chamber of the Year award is given annually by ICEA to recognize excellence in the chamber of commerce leadership profession. The chamber of the year application process focuses on four core areas including leadership/governance, finance, advocacy and programming/membership. Award finalists were reviewed by a panel of industry professionals from Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Oklahoma.

In addition to the top award, 1si received two 2020 Communication Excellence Awards for the 2019 Annual Meeting “Mission SoIN Possible” marketing campaign and the 2020 Business Resource Guide, which is a new publication for 1si. Expanded details with links to all award submissions can be found on the ICEA website.
