Committees and Councils
Our Committees and Councils
There are a number of advisory boards, groups, committees and councils that allow members to engage more deeply in their areas of interest or expertise, help move the organization forward and make new connections. Some of these are open to all members, while others are limited in size and are by invitation.
The friendly faces you see welcoming you at our 5 O’clock Networks, ribbon cuttings, and other networking events are the Ambassadors. Our Ambassadors serve as stewards of 1si and assist in recruiting and welcoming new members. This is a large and energetic group, and a great place to meet other members, both in meetings and at events. Meetings occur the first Thursday of every month.
