The ONE Fund offers micro-loans specifically tailored to small businesses in Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington counties when traditional lenders are unable to provide funding. Our goal is to support entrepreneurs in Southern Indiana community who need a little additional support to launch or grow their business.

The One Fund

Loan Types:

1. Machinery and Equipment:

  • Loan Amounts: $2,000 – $20,000
  • Interest Rate: Prime Rate + 2%
  • Repayment Terms: 5 years
  • Eligible Borrowers: For-profit businesses, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, or LLCs, with proposed activities located within Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington counties. Businesses may be new or established. All benefiting businesses must remain in the project area for the life of the loan or agree to accelerated loan repayment.

2. Working Capital:

    • Loan Amounts: $2,000 – $20,000
    • Interest Rate: Prime Rate + 2%

Repayment Terms: 2 years

3. Brick & Mortar, Real Estate:

  • Loan Amounts: $2,000 – $20,000
  • Interest Rate: Prime Rate + 2%
  • Repayment Terms: 7 years
