New Albany, Indiana September 5, 2023 – After an extensive nationwide search and careful consideration, PC Home Stores, previously known as PC Building Materials, founded in 1975, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Seth Pennington as their new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Integrator effectve September 5^th, 2023. This significant addition to the leadership team marks an exciting chapter in the company’s storied history. Seth’s appointment reflects PC’s commitment to preserving its legacy while embracing future growth opportunities.

In a message to the PC community, David Stemler, the company’s founder and visionary leader, expressed his optimism for the future. Stemler said, “As I celebrated my 65th birthday this year, I’ve been contemplating the future of PC. While I remain deeply committed to our growth, I recognize the need to share the leadership load. My intention is not to sell the business, but rather to continue contributing to our community while nurturing the growth of PC. I firmly believe that Seth’s presence by my side will help sustain this dream.”

Seth Pennington, a Butler University graduate from Sellersburg, Indiana, brings extensive experience in the Design/Building Materials business and a proven track record that aligns perfectly with PC Home Stores. Seth has deep ties to the community PC serves. He was the Co-Founder and President of Insidesign, Koetter Woodworking’s design center in Atlanta, for many years before returning to the community in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at Excel Services in Louisville. Seth will bring extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of navigating the industry’s ever-evolving landscape.
