Through the Workers’ Compensation Association Program, Clearpath Specialty is offering 1si member businesses:

Member Qualifications:

  • Must be a member in good standing within 30 days of the policy effective date
  • Minimum of 3 years in business, or management experience
  • Experience modification factor of 1.30 or less
  • Cooperation with Loss Prevention services
  • All other existing Underwriting Guidelines prevail

Take Note:

  • Existing Clearpath Specialty policyholders are eligible at their renewal.
  • It is the responsibility of the agent to notify us if the policyholder is a member of any participating chamber.
  • Once applied, you will see the discount listed in the premium calculation under “Association Discount”.
