Louisville, KY – November 19, 2024 – LMH Architecture and Michell Allen Ritz Architects are thrilled to announce their merger, forming a new, unified firm that brings together two industry leaders under one banner. This strategic partnership, effective January 1, 2025, combines both firms’ decades of innovation and expertise and a shared vision for designing spaces that are inspiring and impactful.
The merger will enhance the new firm’s capabilities across key sectors, including healthcare, education, senior living, commercial, multifamily housing, houses of worship and municipal work. With a team of 22 creative professionals, the new firm will leverage its collaborative approach to deliver efficient, sustainable designs tailored to meet evolving client needs.
