Caesar’s Foundation

Small businesses based or that plan to be based in Floyd County, IN may qualify for financing from Ceasars Foundation of Floyd County for the purposes of expanding operations or, increasing or retaining employees. Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $50,000 with an interest rate of 2% below prime with a minimum rate of 3%.

Develop New Abany, Inc offers short-term microfinancing to their designated service areas, which include Downtown, Midtown, and Uptown New Albany.

Jeffersonville Loan Funds

Access a number of incentives aimed at small businesses, new restaurants, and building facades. These incentives include The Restaurant Forgivable Loan Program, The Revolving Loan Fund, Facade Grants, TIF Districts, Urban Enterprise Association, and Tax Abatements.
