Seeking Applications for 2008 Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Indiana Department of Labor, along with the Central Indiana Chapter of ASSE, is seeking applications for the 2008 Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards.

The Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards recognizes Hoosier organizations that are continuously striving to improve and to implement the most innovative safety and health initiatives for Hoosier workers.

Applicants or nominees should show a strong commitment to worker safety and health. Specific award categories are: Innovations, Partnerships, Education and Outreach, and Specialty, Residential, and General Contractors.

All organizations are strongly encouraged to apply for the Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards.
