750+ New Jobs Coming to Southern Indiana

The State of Indiana, the City of Jeffersonville and One Southern Indiana announced yesterday that Orlando-based Connextions Inc. plans to create more than 750 jobs at a new high-tech support center at River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville. Connextions is a business process integration firm with broad expertise in the healthcare industry, with approximately 2,000 employees at their Orlando, Florida and Concord, NC offices.

1SI successfully attracted the company’s project to Jeffersonville by demonstrating the availability of highly skilled professionals, outstanding workforce, low business operation costs, and a high quality of life.

“We’re welcoming another great company to Indiana, which has the nation’s best business climate and the lowest unemployment rate in the Midwest,” said Daniels. “Southeastern Indiana is contributing as much as any region to Indiana’s economic comeback. Jeffersonville, in particular, is as hot as a Schimpff’s cinnamon square.”
