	You are invited to join… The CEO Roundtable Program What is a Roundtable you ask… A confidential forum in which groups of 6 to 10 peers share the challenges and problems encountered by themselves and their companies. Members of the groups must be from non-competing companies. A program where the goal is continued growth, expansion and increased profits for the member’s company. An opportunity to bond with fellow CEO’s, both professionally and personally through informational gatherings and outside activities. An autonomous operation which allows the members to set meeting times, dates, locations, formats and the direction of the group. The person who benefits the most from the CEO Roundtable Program is the CEO, President, or single individual with the responsibility for the direction of the company and the authority to make the final decisions. Involvement in the Roundtable Program is offered exclusively to members of One Southern Indiana. What your Roundtable expects from you… Commitment: Your attendance at 75% of the meetings. Confidentiality: A promise of confidentiality regarding any information shared at the meeting. Sharing: To share your expertise and experiences as the leader in your company with other Roundtable members.
